Christie Wild took up complementary medicine later in life, after seeing the extraordinary benefits it had for her son and later, for her own life. She was astounded at the transformation that can take place if you commit to change and have the right help through that process.
Christie has had professional experience in corporate management, sales, scientific research, managing her own outdoor adventure /corporate training company, and in behavioural and learning difficulties in children. Consequently she has first hand experience of the stresses and demands of the corporate world, the pain and frustration of sporting injuries, and the stresses caused, (to both the child and the parents), from learning and behavioural issues.
Becoming qualified in RTT Hypnotherapy, Holistic Kinesiology, Mind Body Medicine and NST Bowen Therapy, was a logical progression from her previous careers, in order to find a better way to facilitate healing and assist personal development in the people she met. Christie is also experienced in both teen and mid-life crisis counselling, including anxiety, depression, issues of self harm, relationship issues, and menopause. She is also a lecturer at the College of Complementary Medicine.
As Christie says....."People shouldn't have to live with pain, physical or emotional, if there is help available. Life can throw many things at us, we make mistakes, and we suffer, but there is help. One of the joys of age and experience, is that you gain a real understanding of, and sympathy with, most people's life journeys. I love to be able to assist people along that journey,...in mind, body or spirit”

About Core Connections
Core Connections is about healing.....on many levels. We chose specifically to have the clinic in the bush because we felt that the peace of the bush outlook can be part of that healing process, irrelevant of whether you have a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual ailment.
Old Celtic traditions believe that there are thin places in the world where the physical and spiritual are very close,...earth and heaven touch. In a thin place there is an immediacy of experience where simple words or actions can become insights to life. For the Celts, these thin places were always linked with nature. Some people say that just coming to our clinic can be a healing adventure in itself!
Just out of interest! The Core Connections logo is also about the Celtic tradition,... the interconnection of the body, mind and spirit for healing on all levels, so that the essential you, can soar free, supported by all three aspects. You can then shine with your full potential,.... wherever you find yourself at this moment.
