RTT Hypnotherapy (Rapid Transformational Therapy).
Made famous by Marisa Peer (look her up on U Tube!), Rapid Transformational Therapy, is a unique process of Hypnotherapy that accesses the subconscious mind to find and heal the root causes of pain, anxiety, disease, and unwanted habits, compulsions and behaviours. The result is a deep understanding and clearing of issues that you may have been holding onto for a long time. It also works on pain and disease working with a process called command cell therapy.
The concept behind this is that approximately 90% of our behaviours and most of our physical processes are run by the Autonomic Nervous System and our subconscious. These non- voluntary programs can be accessed by the sub conscious, understood by the conscious mind, and changes can be made at both levels to change the function of the body, assisting the body to find it's original blue print for health.

Kinesiology - Kinesiology is all about getting to the core issues behind symptoms that won't go away. A kinesiology session looks at the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual issues. Through a detailed intake and looking at what acupressure points or muscles are stressed, we will work out and implement what therapy (or therapies) will work best to resolve the issue. It is a detailed, thorough process, that looks at you as a complete person, finding the links between apparently unrelated symptoms. A first session can take between one and a half, to two hours, which will include about forty minutes of treatment, so the improvements to your well-being start straight away. Aromatherapy Massage - This is a beautiful, relaxing massage with essential oils, but it is so much more than that. We discuss what issues you may need to deal with, or what you want out of the session, and select the pure essential oils and carrier oils to meet those needs. In the massage, the oils then interact with the body and emotions, through absorption, and inhalation to heal, relax and rejuvenate. The massage itself combines many systems, including soft tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, acupressure points, meridian massage, skin conditioning, stimulation of nerve plexus, regulation of nervous system, balancing of magnetic field, and releasing negative energy.
